- Are you using the Picasso ChangeScreen commodity? Don't.

- I use a PICASSO:600x800x256 workbench on a 2000 with 22MHz 030 and the speed is
- just fine - hardly distinguishable from PAL:640x512x8, and a lot faster
- than PAL:640x512x16. Sounds like you might have the Picasso set to use segmented
- memory mode. When I tried it I had a similar sort of slowdown. Or you might have
- some speed- up hack running which has the opposite effect. Or perhaps the
- CHUNKYDEPTH tooltype in devs/monitors/picasso is set too high.
